Here's a couple of ridiculously easy Christmas treats to wow your friends and family.

Nutella churros Christmas tree

Take one sheet of flaky pastry, cut a tall triangle and use the scraps either side to make a second triangle.
Lay the first triangle on a lined baking tray and cover with Nutella. Lay the second triangle on top and score lines and twist like this

Brush the surface with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and bake at 200c for 10 minutes or until golden and puffy.
Devour while warm with cream or ice cream.

Two minute candy cane fudge

Melt 600g white chocolate buttons with 1 can condensed milk in the microwave for 30 second bursts.
Smash a bag of candy canes, stir through the chocolate mixture.
Pour into a silicon or lined pan and let it set in the fridge.
Ridiculously easy and dangerously addictive.
